Summer opening hours:  Mon to Friday: 10am to 5pm, Sat: 10am to 4pm.  Closed daily for lunch from 1.30pm to 2.30pm

Refund Policy

Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged for the same opera on an alternative date. The original ticket(s) must be with the Box Office at least 72 hours prior to the performance to qualify for an exchange. Tickets can only be accepted for resale if the performance is sold out. The original ticket(s) must be with the Box Office before we can begin the resale process. If your ticket(s) is resold, you will be refunded, less 15% administration fee.

Delivery Methods & timing

Tickets will be dispatched by post on the day of purchase, to the postal address specified. Please ensure you provide us with your correct and complete postal address.

The management reserves the right to change or cancel the advertised programme.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission.

If an event is cancelled, the management will refund the face value of the ticket only. If an event is rescheduled, and you can not attend, the management will refund the face value of the ticket only.

Late-comers will strictly not be admitted to the performance until the first interval. Please allow sufficient time for traffic and parking delays.

Mobile phones, pagers and watches should be silenced before entering the auditorium.

Credit/Debit Card Charge

A fee of 1.65% of total transaction value will be added to all Credit/Debit Card transactions. This charge relates to the transactional costs imposed by your credit or debit card company on us for the use of your credit or debit card in making this payment. The fee is 1.65% of total transaction value with an upper charge limit of €10 per transaction.
