Refund Policy
Tickets purchased by patrons who are not Friends of Wexford Festival Opera cannot be exchanged or refunded. To become a Friend of Wexford Festival Opera and avail of an exchange or refund facility please go to www.wexfordopera.com/friends to learn more.
Delivery Methods & Timing
If you have opted to have your tickets posted, you will receive them within six weeks of the event. Please ensure you provide us with your correct and complete postal address. Tickets cost €1 to send by post and this amount will be added to your final payment.
Patrons can also choose to ‘Collect at Box Office’. Tickets may be collected from the Box Office from 28 March and up to the start of the performance.
‘Print at Home’ tickets are also available. Patrons must print these tickets at home so that the barcode on the ticket is 100% clear and legible. 'Print at Home' tickets cannot be reprinted at the National Opera House and must be brought to the National Opera House on the night of the performance.
All tickets will be scanned at the entrance to the National Opera House to gain access.

Tickets for the lead operas range from €25 to €150, depending on seat position. See our How to Book section for details.
Credit/Debit Card Charge
Transaction charges and postage fees, if applicable, will be added to all credit/debit card transactions. A charge of €2 for postage and packaging will apply, where applicable.

Online booking is provided by Spektrix, a leading provider of secure online ticketing solutions.
Other Terms
The management reserves the right to change or cancel the advertised programme.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
If an event is cancelled, the management will refund the face value of the ticket only. If an event is rescheduled and you cannot attend, the management will refund the face value of the ticket only.
Latecomers will strictly not be admitted to the performance until the first interval. Please allow sufficient time for traffic and parking delays.
Mobile phones/pagers should be switched off before entering the auditorium.
