Laura is an Irish soprano and a graduate of the Royal College of Music and the Royal Irish Academy of Music. At the 2024 Wexford Festival Opera, she made her house debut as Nedda in Pagliacci and also appeared as Adina and Giannetta in Donizetti’s Elixir of Love, presented as part of the Community Opera. She was awarded the Danone Young Outstanding Female Artist Award in recognition of her work at the festival.
Other recent highlights include singing at the Blackwater Valley Opera Festival, Irish Heritage’s Christmas by Candlelight concert in Handel’s parish church, and roles in the world premieres of Church on the Blood by Jasmine Morris and The Drifterman by Connie Harris. Laura is a recipient of both the Canto al Serchio Award and the Brackaville Bursary for Vocal Students. In 2025, she joins Irish National Opera for productions of The Flying Dutchman and L’elisir d’amore.
