Eiméar Harper, a coloratura soprano from County Wicklow, graduated with first-class honours with a Master of Music (Performance) from TU Dublin Conservatoire in 2023. Her operatic engagements include the soprano roles in the Irish premiere of Errolyn Wallen’s Cautionary Tales with Opera Collective Ireland, Gretel in Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel with Lyric Opera Ireland, Mary Crawford in the Irish premiere of Dove’s Mansfield Park, The Cousin in Puccini’s Madama Butterfly and Yum-Yum in Gilbert & Sullivan’s The Mikado. She also performs regularly in the chorus of Irish National Opera.
On the concert platform, Eiméar made her debut with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland in Schumann’s Das Paradies und die Peri in February 2026. She also joined Le Foyer des Artistes for their Midsummer Gala Concert. Eiméar also performed with Lyric Opera Ireland for their concerts Bravo! Thirty Years of Lyric Opera Ireland and Love and Sacrifice at the National Concert Hall.
A passionate recital artist, Eiméar has featured in Boyne Music Festival and Boyle Arts Festival. She also performed in Clandeboye Festival as part of the Camerata Ireland Academy 2024. As a young artist, she participated in the Young Singers Collective 2024 with Le Foyer des Artistes and was a mentee of the Sestina Music: Next Generation Mentoring Programme 2024. Eiméar is also a multi prize winner and was awarded the Gervase Elwes Memorial Cup at Feis Ceoil 2024.
